1. Service Agreement

By engaging Elegant Ceremonies for event planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding planning, event coordination, venue styling, and related consultation services.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Additional services may require separate payment agreements.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable due to vendor commitments and planning time invested.

4. Liability Limitations

Elegant Ceremonies' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, or venue closures.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, make timely decisions, and communicate changes promptly. Final guest counts and special requirements must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event.

6. Intellectual Property

Event designs, concepts, and planning materials created by Elegant Ceremonies remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or share these materials without written consent.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies.
